Diamond Tools, a division of the FIE group established in 1968, is recognised as a pioneer in the manufacture of STD. Hardness Test Blocks, Diamond Indenters, and Ball Indenters for Hardness Testing Machines.
DT has been a pioneer in the supply of various types of hardness test blocks, diamond indenters, and ball indenters for around 50 years. The FRI – Fie Research Institute Laboratory has achieved accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025-2017 by NABL (National Accreditation Board for testing & calibration Laboratory. ) for Rockwell, Vickers and Brinell hardness test blocks.
NABL is in full conformance with the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electro-Technical Commission (IEC), including ISO/IEC 17025.
Scope of Accreditation of FRI is accredited to perform calibrations on hardness reference blocks

International Events - May 2017 and May 2018
Control Trade Fair and Exhibition in Stuttgart and Munich, Germany- Control is an international exhibition and trade fair focusing on quality assurance in manufacturing. ...The event is held each year in Germany and globally recognized as a reputed platform for displaying products and services from measuring technology, material testing, optoelectronics, analytical apparatus, and QA systems. Around 1000 manufacturers and exhibitors take part in the exhibition each year. Control makes it possible for each one of them to showcase their cutting-edge technologies and customer-focused services FIE has been attending the Control exhibition since 2016. In the last 4 years, we have exhibited our modern machines, mainly hardness testers. In Control 2017 and 2018 we exhibited touch screen fully automatic RSN-TSFA, fully automatic Brinell hardness tester B3000-TSFA, VM50 Pro, BIAS, and Microvickers TS. By attending and exhibiting our machines at Control, we have already demonstrated our expertise in the material testing machine manufacturing on an international platform.
