Rockwell Hardness Testing calibration/testing procedures mandate the use of Diamond Indenters that are verified by NABL accredited laboratory. Each Indenter is assigned a certificate of compliance assuring traceability for that indenter.
Diamond Indenters are manufactured in house and maintained in stock for all makes and models of Rockwell Hardness Testing Machines. “Special Indenters” are also manufactured to blueprint specifications for use in difficult testing situations.

Rockwell/Superficial Diamond Indenter

Diamond Tool's Vickers indenters are tested at NABL accredited laboratory & assigned with the certificate of conformance. Diamonds are individually selected and set for proper grain orientation.
Our craftsmen cut the Indenters to achieve precise angles and tolerances. “Special Vickers Indenters” are also manufactured to blueprint specifications for use in difficult testing situations.
